Delete your WayHouse account
You can permanently delete your sign-in account from inside WayHouse.
Delete it in the app
- Sign in to the WayHouse app on iPhone or the member website.
- Open More, then Profile.
- Under Account, choose Delete account.
- Review what will happen, then confirm Delete my account.
This deletes your WayHouse login across every church and removes access on every device. It cannot be undone.
What is deleted
- Your WayHouse sign-in account and access to every church are permanently removed.
- Your device notification tokens and account notification preferences.
- Your member profile photo files associated with the account.
- Prayer requests and comments, group posts and replies, and chat messages you authored. Thread placeholders may remain without your original content where removing the row would break a conversation.
What your church keeps
Your church controls its own pastoral and membership records. Deleting your WayHouse account does not erase its member record for you, including household, attendance, serving, or other church-managed history. Your account is detached from those records, so they no longer provide app access.
Ask your church directly if you want it to review, correct, or remove records it controls.
Can’t sign in?
The signed-in flow above is the normal way to delete an account. If you cannot access it, contact support@wayhouseonline.com from the email address on your account so we can help verify your identity.
